The sequel is finally here: Sparkle + AI πŸͺ©

Hello Sparkler,

A friend saw what AI was actually doing for me. Her face did the thing only good friends can get away with. Then she said something that made me go home and rewrite the V2 plan I'd been building for months:

"You have to share this with other women."

So I did. Properly.

πŸͺ©πŸͺ©πŸͺ© Glittersphere V2: Sparkle + AI πŸͺ©πŸͺ©πŸͺ© is LIVE NOW

The sequel we've all been waiting for. Yes, even more than Devil Wears Prada 2.
I stand by it.

Glittersphere V2 is events-led. Built around women together in rooms designed to help each other shine, laugh, cheerlead, and sparkle brighter side by side, like a disco ball.

Sparkle hasn't moved. It's still the heart of Glittersphere. It is women being unmissable. Your voice, your taste, your point of view. The reason someone remembers you six months later when the right brief finally lands. Personal brand is the whole point, and it's more urgent now than ever, because AI is about to make the generic infinite.

AI sits alongside your sparkle. The amplifier. The accompaniment. Never the author of you.

Sparkle + AI. Unmissable, accompanied.

The full story of how I learned to stop letting AI author me, and start using it like a brilliant colleague, is in this week's Substack essay: The Devil Wears Claude. It's a good one.

Why now?

Last week Reese Witherspoon told 30 million women it's time to learn AI. She said...

"I think it's time to learn about AI. If you don't get a little bit of understanding from the very beginning, it just speeds past you. You have to have little bits of learning just to keep up. Our kids are all using this every single day. I think we should learn the basics together. Do you want me to share what I'm learning? It's time. It's time, people."

She's right. However, the comments underneath her post made me so sad and so determined, in equal measure.

Like Reese and so many women in AI - we care about the ethics and the environmental impact, genuinely and deeply. BUT I also care about what happens to women who get left behind. We need to be in the rooms shaping policy. In the boardrooms deciding how AI reshapes everyone's lives. You cannot change any of that from the outside.

Opting out isn't resistance. It's ceding ground. I say:

AI can be the greatest advantage women have ever had access to. Levelling up on pay, on opportunity, on actual financial freedom without burning out in the process. But only if we start learning now. The leaps in AI every day feel like moving through three phases of the internet in a single week.
It isn't too late. It's perfect timing.
It's a lot easier when someone shows you how they actually use it.

Hello Sparkler, Right. Quick question. Have you ever spent ages crafting the "perfect" post, agonised over every word, made sure it was polished and professional and on-brand... and then watched it disappear into the void while some random person's messy, off-the-cuff thing goes viral? Yeah. Me too. For about thirty years. I've spent a hundred conversations telling other people how to build a personal brand. Be consistent. Be professional. Find your niche. Post on a schedule. And I did all of...

Hello Sparkler, You're doing the work. You're showing up. You're putting things out there. You're building something you believe in. And some days it feels like absolutely nobody is watching. I know that feeling. Intimately. So when I found out that Olivia Dean performed to four people in 2023, and then won a Grammy in 2026, I needed to understand how. Not the luck. Not the breaks. The actual mechanics of how someone goes from an empty room to the most commercially coveted artist in Britain...

Hello Sparkler, Ever waited to feel ready? Waited for someone to finally notice how brilliant you are? Built your entire sense of worth on what other people think of you? Yeah. Me too. So I did something slightly unhinged this week. I asked an AI to tell me the harsh truths that younger Nishma desperately needed to hear. Not the motivational poster version. The actual uncomfortable, slightly stinging, "oh god is that true about me?" version. And wow... it delivered. Some of it made me wince....
